For his arrival at the property, Vincent chose to blend Merlot, Petit Verdot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc from the harvest. This cuvée has remained in barrels for 8 months for aging. This wine has been produced without any added sulfur. Its particularity: an explosion of fruit and delicacies. Wine without added sulfur.
